Parks and gardens
From carefully cultivated to wild and rugged, Tasmania’s gardens are the perfect way to enjoy nature’s beauty. The parks and gardens in our cities are a great place to start. The Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens in Hobart has over 6,500 species of exotic and native plants, all in a beautifully landscaped setting that has been well-maintained for almost 200 years!
Launceston’s city park too, is much loved and is known for it’s spectacular annual flower display.
For those gram-worthy shots, you could visit the Table cape tulip farm in October or Bridestowe Lavender farm between December and January each year.
